My sister's and I went to the Snow Patrol concert in Salt Lake. It was at the Depot, so we decided to go out to eat at the Gateway before the show. We had some yummy Asian food and then hurried over to the concert. It was a little chilly outside as we waited in line for the doors to open. It is the first time I have ever had to wait outside for a concert at the Depot, but we didn't have to wait long. They were checking ID's of people in the line to make sure we were over 21. The guy at the door was nice enough to ask us for ours instead of just motioning us through.
The concert was CROWDED! I kept losing and having to fight for my space. I felt very lucky that we are tall so that it didn't matter when people moved and shifted in front of us. It got really warm during the concert, but we had a great time. The lead singer was fighting a cold, and I felt bad for him a couple of times when he would lose his voice. But it was a really fun concert and I enjoyed it.
