Learning and Growing

Emie has been getting bigger and bigger every day. Other than that, our lives have pretty much fallen into a routine. During the week we wake up and get ready for work. Sometimes we have time to play in the morning. She really loved the balloons her daddy got for his birthday

She has learned some new skills. She has been rolling over from her front to back like a champ. No more tummy time for us! She has also started singing! No more slobbery babbles, but long happy songs. Her favorite song to have sung to her is the itsy bitsy spider.

After a fussy weekend the babysitter noticed that she was getting some bottom teeth. I guess she bit her! and it hurt. So the poor little 3 1/2 month old has two little teeth coming in.

Monday we celebrated my niece Arden's birthday. We all met a Chili's in Centerville. It was a crazy snowy day. The weather was alright when we went down there, but it had snowed quite a bit before we left. The drive home was no fun. Emie was super tired and cried the whole time. So between the snow and the crying baby - we are lucky we made it home safe.

By Saturday the sun was shining and it was over 60 degrees outside. We went for a nice walk and then just spent some time out in the sun. Emie was feeling the grass (which is still dead and poky) and not sure what she thought about it.

Keep taking pictures. They change so much from month to month in their first year! Love to read your blog!
