Pass of all Passes (more like Line of all Lines)

I have become slightly addicted to all the daily deal websites out there. One of the deals that came up recently was for the Salt Lake County Pass of all Passes. This sounded like so much fun. For one low price we would be able to go to a bunch of sporting events this summer, and have a pass to Raging Waters in Salt Lake (now Seven Peaks). I purchased the pass and then all we had to do was go pick it up.

To pick the pass up all we had to do was go get our picture taken at the offices at Raging Waters. They had very convenient office hours of 12-6 M-F. Yeah, it was kind of hard for us to get down there for that. But finally we wanted to go to a Grizzlies hockey game, so I left work a little early and we drove down hoping to spend about an hour getting our passes and then make it out to the game with Matt’s aunt and her boys. Boy were we wrong. We stood outside for about 3 hours before we were able to pick up our passes. And it was cold outside, really really cold! So we missed the game and ended up with frozen toes, but at least we had our passes.

There was another hockey game the next weekend and we were not going to miss it. I didn’t spend hours standing in the cold to no use the pass. So we headed down to West Valley and watched one of the most exciting hockey games I have seen in a long time. Matt’s aunt and uncle were able to join us for the end of the game. It was action packed, and they won! That is always the best kind.

(see how full the arena is?  They should let us come to more games)
All we have used the pass for so far is that one hockey game, and as fun as it was, I don’t know if it was worth all the hassle of the pass. Hopefully we will be able to use it more this summer and I will change my opinion of its value.

We still need to get ours. It is hard with the hours they have!! After we get ours, we should go to some of the things together.

I still need to get mine, too. We should all plan a Real game or something!
