Good News: Our friend Spencer got married on Friday. I worked with Spencer at Jensen & Keddington and he was in Matt’s singles ward up at the U. Spencer and Sarah’s first date was actually on the day that Matt proposed to me! My company offered us tickets to a Real soccer game, and Spencer invited Sarah to come (I will take some credit, because I had to convince him it was ok to invite a date!) We went to the reception up in Murray. I was happy to run into my old boss and talk to him a bit, and Matt saw some old friends from his ward also. It was a beautiful reception. Oh, and we made quite the killing at the candy buffet!

Bad News: After the reception we ran up to Matt’s Grandparent’s house and watched the Jazz game. It didn’t go to well, but I was able to spend some quality time with my friend Taz (the dog). So, not a total loss.
