So, I have officially been at my new job for 6 months (on Monday). I thought I would take this opportunity to list the top 10 things I like about my new job.
10. The garbage cans magically empty every night.
9. They have unlimited supplies of yummy ice.
8. So close to home – can’t beat a 2 mile commute.
7. I feel young – most people in my department have been working here since I was in elementary school.
6. Bank Holidays – Yep, I now love President’s Day
5. Conferences – had a lot of fun in Seattle.
4. My manager keeps jelly beans in his office – yummy jelly beans.
3. There is a gym downstairs to work off the jelly beans (if I ever used it).
2. Working 9-5 really beats working 7-7!
1. They pay me! Yep, every two weeks.
So far the change has probably been good for me. I got really close to the guys at my last job, and still miss that, but things are getting better here. I am making friends and starting to figure out what it is I am supposed to do everyday. It has been fun, and I look forward to a lot of years with AFCU.

It is not a bad picture, it just doesn't really look like you...it looks like a girl who kind of looks like you. Weird.
